Delete your Contact Gleaner account

Effective date: October 9, 2026

You can delete your Contact Gleaner account and the data we hold for it at any time. Deleting is scheduled, not instant, so you have time to download your data first.

How to delete

In the app

  1. Open Contact Gleaner and go to the Dashboard.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Download your data if you want a copy, then tap Delete account to confirm.
  4. If you signed in a while ago, the app asks you to sign in again to confirm. Sign in, and the confirmation comes back so you can finish.

On the website

  1. Sign in at contactgleaner.com and open the Dashboard.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Write to support@contactgleaner.com from the email address you signed in with, and we will schedule the deletion for you.

What is deleted

  • Your Contact Gleaner account and all the data stored for it.
  • This is permanently deleted within 60 days (no later than 90) of your request.

What is not deleted

  • Contacts already saved to your Outlook or Google account. Those are yours, and deleting your Contact Gleaner account does not touch them.
  • Your subscription, if you have one, ends at the close of your current billing period.
